Summary

Director of Sales

The Director of Business Development manages a team of Sales and Analysts to secure and grow CPG company’s participation in Shopper Events for a national mass merchant.

Responsibilities
  • Using developed programming, secure vendor participation in in-store sampling events
  • Achievement of monthly/annual event count goals


Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, consumer packaged goods, and/or food brokerage organization or equivalent
  • 5 years successfully managing a P&L, budgeting and forecasting, and managing client expectations either personally or through a team
  • 5 years previous experience with managing direct reports
