High pressure spray washing of truck body





Apply caulk to truck body seams





Tacks truck body





May be required to sand paint/primer imperfections





May be required to perform body filler application and prep.





May be required to mix paint when given the mixing ratio





Sprays Epoxy primer coat onto truck body





Prime trays and compartments on truck body or those hanging on a cart, may move truck bodies and/or parts on carts in and out of paint booth, as required.





Moves truck body from paint booth to oven(s).





Assist co-workers in dressing out truck bodies, as needed.





Clean up paint booth, as needed





Repair quality issues, as needed.





Responsible for proper paint gun maintenance





Required to understand and properly use PPE & safe work practices.





May be required to perform light maintenance duties including filter changes, viscosity checks, booth filter checks, and change fittings....etc.





Required to properly fill out paperwork and meet production goals.


Responsible for quality of prime and finish paint
