Staffmark is currently hiring part-time Customer Service Ambassadors for the Kroger Call Center, newly located in Blue Ash, OH.

This is a long term temp-to-hire position and a great opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company!
We are looking for enthusiastic customer service professionals who can provide excellent customer service to Kroger Customers. This is a high volume call center environment.

As a Kroger Ambassador, You will be responsible for professionally resolving difficult problems, maintaining customer records, answering pharmacy inquiries, fulfilling customer requests, maintaining call center database, taking and entering prescription orders, and protecting customer information in accordance with state and federal pharmacy laws.

In this role, you will work 26.5 hours per week. Candidates should have scheduling flexibility to accommodate the call volume needs.
Training: Monday-Friday 8am-1pm OR Monday-Friday 2pm-7pm
Schedule: 4 days per week and one weekend day—some shifts incorporate both weekend days: 9am-2pm; 10am-3pm; 2:30pm-7:30pm; 4pm-9p, or 5pm-10pm
Pay Rate: $11.00/hour
Location: Blue Ash, OH

The ideal candidate will have great customer service experience, data entry skills, excellent verbal communication, problem solving skills, documentation skills, listening skills, phone skills, and be able to resolve conflicts and provide solutions.
Qualified Candidates must have strong computer, writing and typing skills. Pharmaceutical and/or insurance background a plus, but not required.
