The role of the Food Runner
Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests to ascertain satisfaction and ensure superior service. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers to assist in set up and clean-up of tables and restocking of items within the food and beverage department.
