Customer Service Representative

With over 20 years of experience, we are the leader in compression therapy, supplying bandages, foams and paddings, garments, and other products for people with Lymphedema, Venous conditions and other forms of swelling. Our company culture as one of being active. We have slower and faster times as any place would do, but typically we don’t sit around with “nothing to do”. We always have something to do. So if somebody wants to just come and park themselves while watching the world go by, then this isn’t the place. We have had abuses of people texting/chatting on the cell phones to the detriment of getting their job done. So we have implemented a policy that employees can’t use their cell phones while at work unless it is an emergency.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Capable of taking orders over the phone (40%), helping walk-ins (5-10%)
  • Interacting with customers in person, via phone & email
  • Comfortable sizing/measuring customers when needed
  • Willing to help/assist other departments when necessary including pulling, picking, packing & shipping orders.


Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) able to read, write and speak clearly
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience
  • Computer knowledge: MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Data Entry Experience (will be tested)


Pay Rate: $12.00-14.00 p/ hour

Shift/Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
