Sears at the St. Charles Towne Center in Waldorf, MD is looking for new commission sales associates! Our openings are in Large Home Appliances, Tools as well as Lawn&Garden. You CAN earn up to $25/hr!!! Average compensation runs between $12-$22/hr depending on department.
Ideal candidates have some prior retail experience and have full, flexible WEEKEND availability. Part-time hours are generally 20-29 hrs per week, full-time 30 hours and up.
