Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a full time Receptionist to join our fast paced office. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing the highest quality service to clients and employees and who places an emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships with all who they come in contact with.

- Answering and routing incoming calls
- Greeting all visitors
- Providing administrative support to the office staff
- Responding to client and employee inquiries
- Data entry
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Assisting with payroll and accounting activities
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- Minimum two years prior receptionist experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Superior interpersonal and organizational skills
