Self Starter Job Description: This candidate will be in charge of looking at blueprints or schematics and developing the construction of large industrial infrared ovens. The ideal candidate has come from a construction background or has a strong understanding of large industrial electrical equipment. They must be familiar with and able to cut and assemble wire way as well as bend and install conduit.
This person must be able to create these assemblies in a reasonable manner so they can also be deconstructed in a logical fashion. Many times the ovens are built in the shop, then disassembled and shipped to the client. Work Environment: This candidate will primarily working on the shop floor. It is a very environment. There is one other System Assembler and one manager that they both report to- Dave. This will be a first shift job6-2:30, but will be working overtime until 4:30 most days and may be required to work Saturdays on a regular basis from 6-11. Qualifications: -0 - 1+ years large industrial electrical experience
-0 - 1+years reading blueprints and schematics
Nice to have:
-Experience building panels and showing disassemblies Performance Expectations: They will be judged based on their ease and time it takes to put together a panel, but most importantly how logical it is put together. It should be very simple to disassemble and put back together. They are also very stern on punctuality. There will be very little leniency with tardiness.
1st Day - they will be set up with another electrical tech and taught the parts.
