As one of our sales representatives you will be helping our customers get the service they need, when they need it, and you will be working in a friendly environment with great opportunities where talented employees can get ahead.

Momentum Advertising has been consistently growing and expanding in the sacramento region, by leading the nation in business solutions and retail marketing campaigns. Our firm leads the marketing field in areas such as customer service, product branding, retail sales and the acquisition of new clientele. We work with major retailers to provide a presentation which our clients cannot get anywhere else.

All the positions are FULL-TIME only and FULL Training will be provided.

Compensation: Starting Range $10/hr - $14/hr (DOE) plus Commission, 100% Pd Training, Cell Phone Reimbursement, Travel Reimbursement

Duties
• Provide excellent customer service to current DirecTV customers regarding their Television service
• Provides world class experience by providing information on all products, services, service features and pricing plans
• Handles all aspects of the sale by communicating the benefits of all residential products, services, features, plans and special offers to new and existing customers as appropriate
• Upgrade Residential Customers to new IP Platform

Requirements

Requirements
• Exceptional customer service attitude
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Some computer familiarity or skills
• 2 years of customer service/sales experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member
• Professional demeanor
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Must be able to pass 7 year criminal background check
