Outside Marketing Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Our fundamental purpose at Weed Man Lawn care is to provide superior, professional lawn care services to our customers. Our marketing goal is to create an environment so the future customer enjoys the buying experience from the initial contact. This position is a plays a key role in our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities and Job Duties

Representatives will simply be canvassing high-end neighborhoods, asking the homeowner if they would like a free lawn care estimate - there is no selling involved. A yes from a homeowner means they would like to be contacted by a sales representative to discuss our services. Statistics will be kept daily and will be reviewed with your supervisor to analyze job performance.

Dress Code

We are a professional company and that means that we dress accordingly. We would like our employees to be comfortable in the workplace, yet we still need our employees to project a professional image for our potential customers. Dress pants are mandatory - khakis are recommended. Weed Man will outfit each representative from the waist up with a short sleeve polo-style dress shirt, a light windbreaker (large enough to put over a heavy coat), headwear such as baseball cap/stocking cap, scarf, and umbrella.
