Growing medical based company in Scottsdale is adding multiple positions immediately to their team. Provide excellent service for both internal and external customers by managing various aspects of proprietary database information, research customer inquiries, promote and maintain positive customer relations.

Job Functions:

· Contact all appropriate parties to obtain, verify and validate correct claim information claims by telephone, fax, email, and/or mail to resolve unpaid and denied claims with minimal errors.

· Contact insurance carriers, employers, doctors, patients, regulatory agencies

· Exhibit clear understanding of verification processes

· Ability to meet established departmental production and quality standards.

· Document accurate and complete notes of all interactions regarding accounts.

Requirements:

· 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience particularly in inbound/outbound calls

· Medical Claims, Collections, Verification knowledge a PLUS but not needed

· Proven self-starter who possesses a drive for results, strong team-oriented mindset, passion for customers, high energy, honesty, and integrity.

· Demonstrate capability in the following areas: computer usage, phone skills and etiquette, data entry, extensive company database navigation, typing skills.

Position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm shift, Salary $12.50 DOE, Temp-to-hire for the right individuals. Intensive training program provided.
