Sephora Job Description:
-Answer inbound customer calls and respond to client requests
-Follow-up with customers via email and phone
-Provide product consultations to customers over the phone
- Upsell products
-Respond to client inquiries via phone and emails including order placement, up-selling, order status, beauty consultations, product information and general client support issues
-Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends and translating knowledge into client communication templates
-Create beauty communication templates for client interactions
-Be punctual at work and adhere to all schedules and deadlines

Work Environment:

-Call Center, 30-75 people depending on the season.
-Office environment w/cubicals
- Products are throughout the office. Contractors are able to get up and find a product to describe while a customer is on the phone
-Contractors sporadically receive gratis (free product) that will enable them to best describe new products being released
