Production Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Sparton is seeking Production Operators! No experience? No problem!

Sparton Corporation in Watertown, SD is a well established manufacturing company that specializes in assembling electronic components for medical products.

At Sparton in Watertown, Production Operators may be responsible for soldering, box build, testing, machine operation, or other duties to produce medical devices. Prior assembly experience is not required!

These positions offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, holiday pay, and paid time off accrual.

• 1st Shift: 5am to 3pm Monday through Thursday, will overtime as needed on Fridays or Saturdays.
• 2nd Shift: 3pm to 1am Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed on Fridays or Saturdays.
• Location: Watertown, SD

Education and Experience: Completion of high school or GED or equivalent. Previous experience in electronic field or machine operation helpful. Must be able to sit/stand for long periods. Good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity necessary. Have ability to follow written directions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
