Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

As anAccounts Payable Coordinator, you will a ssist with resolving supplier payment and set-up opportunities as wellas process open invoices. Additionally, the Accounts Payable Coordinatoris responsible for resolvingsupplier/store initiated disputes related to payment variances, chargebacks,and inventory discrepancies for merchandise delivered directly to CVS storesfor resale in SAP. As part of the Accounts Payable group, you will maintain a file containing invoices thatsuspend due to errors at the time of delivery by reviewing and releasing forpayment in accordance with CVS supplier policies.

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year of

experience with the following:

- Analyzing price and quantity data as it relates to payment variances

- Efficiently organizing hard copy paperwork as well as electronic files

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ years of accounts payable experience reviewing discrepant

payments

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of SAP

Education:

A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's

Degree is preferred.
