The Lead Coordinator will leverage a dedicated compliance tracking database to complete and monitor all Control Substance reporting. This position will work independently as well as in collaboration with colleagues from across the organization. The Lead Coordinator will be required to work within a cross function matrix of business colleagues to include Compliance, Legal, and Fulfillment operations. In addition, the Lead Coordinator will represent the Compliance Department at key business meetings and serve as an active contributor. Additionally this position will assist in the support the regulatory agency case management and other regulatory operational functions.

The Lead Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to:
* Submit Initial Notifications regarding potential drug loss into a database.
* Review and analyze record details to determine appropriate closing language and documentation aligned with DEA regulations.
* Submit DEA 106 information into the DEA website application for electronic filing.
* Create and submit Letters of Conclusion when applicable for suspected losses.
* Provide copies of official DEA 106 information back to stores, Boards of Pharmacies, and state required organizations as mandated by each state.
* Conduct follow-up with Pharmacy Supervisors as needed to gather appropriate information.
* Report and Analyze loss trends across the organization.
