About this job
As a Swim Instructor , you will lead group, private and semi-private swim lessons to all ages and skill levels. Create a fun learning environment to ensure a positive member experience.
Responsibilities
Create an educational, safe and inviting experience for all participants
Be knowledgeable about Life Time Fitness products and programs.
Enforce pool/club policies.
Working towards High School diploma or GED
Swim lesson instruction or coaching experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications
CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire
Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid preferred
