About this job

Performs routine duties within the limits of documented training in caring for the emergency department patient. The care is rendered under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse. Education

Minimal: HS or GED

Experience

Minimal: Six months experience as a patient care assistant, certified nursing assistant, or emergency department technician. Successful completion of an accredited emergency medical technician program or paramedic training program may serve in lieu of required experience
