We are currently seeking two high caliber interns for our Warehouse Operations Team based out of our Poland Spring Water Facility.

Nestl Waters North America offers meaningful internships to high-potential students. For 10 weeks over the summer, participants are assigned substantive projects and receive developmental feedback to gain a better understanding of the role of Warehouse Tech at the world's leading bottled water company. At the end, we hope to meet one of the key objectives of the internship program, to develop students into high-caliber candidates for eventual full-time employment with Nestl Waters North America.

High Impact Projects

You will be working as part of the Warehouse Shipping Operations Team, supporting the Manager, as well as the frontline Warehouse Resource analyst. You will play a significant role in impacting the worldwide distribution of bottled water in various forms. Your endstate is satisfying our nationwide customers, in a variety of shipping outlets and logistics operations.

Warehouse Technical analyst:

Construction management/supply chain experience: Assists in daily shipping/distribution operations to distribute product to customer base worldwide. Partners with planning, and our transportation department to develop best possible means to distribute quality product throughout our distribution network daily. Assist with creating Career Paths (will have exposure to high level management team). Learn "hybrid" operations that encompass each job development function within our distribution operations center. Supplement through our operations channel loads that may need to be re-routed as well as multi-channeled through multiple facilities. Resource developmental analyst:

Sustain and build supply chain team to ensure sufficient staffing for distribution operations. Build and foster relationships with production team to ensure quality and time efficient measures are completely met and maintained. Exposure to all aspects of Organizational Development and daily operations. These challenging, highly valued projects have measurable goals and objectives and are achievable during your tenure. Your recommendations will shape our decisions and your efforts will be showcased in an end-of-internship presentation.

Supervised, Yet Self-Directed

We believe you will gain the most from your internship by working with experienced supervisors who are accountable for your summer experience. With this in mind, supervisors will offer you ongoing guidance and counsel. While objectives and delivery deadlines will be clearly outlined, you will help establish project timelines and milestones.

Qualifications

Degree Requirements/Minimum Education Level: Must be an Undergraduate student, rising Junior level or above, with a Business Management or related major. Must be in good academic standing, with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 Passion for Community Service and Volunteering Strong communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills Detail oriented with strong project management skills An involved member of the community, with previous community service experience Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Nestl Waters North America is the nation's leading bottled water company.
