Job Description – Sales Specialist

PrideStaff Financial, a recruiting firm specializing in accounting and financial positions, is seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Specialist on a Direct Hire bases for a thriving client. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the Sales Department. The Sales Specialist will assist in gaining new customers and quoting pricings.

Job Responsibilities –Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, you will contact new potential clients to gain as life time customers.

Additional responsibilities for the Sales Specialist include:

• Customer engagement will be with the highest level of professionalism
• Assist the collections team on recovering money owed
• Regular contact with Sales team, leadership, and peers on account status for pending sales accounts
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of performance for Sales Manager

Job Requirements – Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, you must have an eye-for-detail. You must also have prerequisite knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, creating collection reports, and other office procedures and terminology.

Additional requirements of the Sales Specialist include:

• Bachelor’s degree highly desired, a minimum of 3 years of Sales/ telemarketing experience required
• If no Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years of equivalent work experience is required
• High school diploma required, college courses in marketing preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
• Minimal overnight travel required

Compensation – Sales Specialist

The chosen Sales Specialist will receive a salary at $35000 annually plus commission.
