We have an immediate need for a Team Lead to work a schedule of fluctuating days and number of hours each week.

Team Leads will oversee and organize the work of a minimum of 15 Merchandisers who are assigned to a defined geographic area. The Team Lead and the Merchandisers will provide services to our clients including: assembling and stocking of fixtures; installing Point of Service signage; performing resets, taking inventory; and many other exciting assignments. All Team Leads are expected to be role models for incredible customer service and accurate job completion as well as providing excellent training and supervision to our Merchandisers.

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years of age or older.

· Have a vehicle and acceptable driving record to travel to and from client's establishments.

· Experience working for a merchandising company or previous retail experience preferred.

· Previous supervisory experience preferred.

· Ability to constantly walk, move about and bend as well as frequently climb and reach with or without reasonable

accommodation.
