About this job

*Responsibilities*

* Strategically execute gorilla marketing tactics.

* Facilitate the brand awareness of Code Green Solar and the savings it can provide customers.

* Innovate and execute a strategic door to door sales system.

* Work with 12 individuals who will be in your team. This team will be called your pod and you will travel with them to different neighborhoods, selling deals and canvassing.

* Drive efficiency through analytical sales metrics.

* You must wear professional company polo or shirt with dress pants and clean dress shoes.

* You will be in charge of a daily lunch budget for your team, and you will need to provide receipts to your direct supervisor.

* Must manage and motivate your team to hit weekly goals. You will be responsible to ensure team is performing at optimal levels.

* Mandatory morning meeting "huddle" in the office at 9am.

* Develop target market strategy to have the team deployed in untapped regions.

*Requirements*

* Excellent public speaker.

* Ability to sell/promote product on the spot and close potential customers.

* Strong written and communication skills.

* Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.

* Detail oriented with the ability to Multi-Task.

* Ability to keep a positive attitude.

* Ability to effectively interact with other departments.

* Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines.

* PC skills; Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, & Outlook.

* Flexible schedule.

* Knowledge of Quantitative Analysis for Management.

* Ability to Multitask and perform other duties as assigned.

* Bilingual (English/Spanish).



*Compensation*

* Hourly Rate(full time)

* 2% of the total gross of PV system sold

* 1% of the total gross PV system that was prequalified but sold by company consultant.



(Average PV System Value: $35,000.00)

* Company iPad.

* Company vehicle for team travel.
