ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.
- Understand the business process management of The MENTOR Network
- Test and study operations for process improvement methods; monitor compliance procedures of the Shared Services Center processes; make appropriate recommendations for suggested solutions; prepare reports for the proposed suggestions; receive feedback and make appropriate changes
- Learn and strategically understand the financial history of the organization
- Design an alternative business process work flow; implement work solutions
- Supervise the execution process
- Performs other ad-hoc duties and activities as required.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
- BA/BS Degree required.
- 1 year of related experience in accounting/finance
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Masters Degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services field preferred
