Time Warner Cable is currently seeking a Construction Operations Coordinator to join their team.
The Construction Ops Coordinator will support the Financial and Operational processes to facilitate the management of Construction Projects (Expense, Capital) across the Enterprise.
Essential Job Functions:
Work with PeopleSoft to run monthly queries for reporting purposes and research requested data
Work with outside Vendors to ensure adherence to TWC invoice requirements and receipt of timely and proper invoice submissions (Ex: Proper coding, Aging Statements etc)
Assists in the compilation, preparation, reconciliation, distribution, and tracking of specific departmental projects, purchase orders, reports, or supporting documentation as required
Reviews all invoices, and maintains associated financial records and detail.
Prepare reports in a timely manner with flexibility to work on multiple projects at one time
Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on area achievement toward key goals and objectives including area capital and operating reports
Works with Financial Teams (Accounting, AP, Shared Services, etc) to facilitate payment and proper approvals for invoices
Job Requirements:
· Strong organization and travel planning skill
· Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential material and information appropriately
· Must be proficient in computer use and software applications including PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Access, Word, PowerPoint) is required
· Strong organization and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong attention to detail
· Highly motivated self-starter
· Proven problem solving and project management skill
· Ability to work independently and multi-task
Education Level:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Up to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
