The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks an Employee Services Center Processing Representative for our Human Resources Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide customer support for calls/communications received during daily Employee Service Center operations. This position is required to process employee requests and associated transactions while maintaining Service Level Agreements by applying customer service satisfaction techniques with the efficient, timely and accurate use of resources.

Essential Job Functions:
Employee Services Support Responsibilities:

• Enters data transactions into PeopleSoft in a timely and accurate fashion ensuring the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality

- Supports HR field personnel with expertise in data management and guidance on HR self-service tool; provide expertise on complexity of data fields in PeopleSoft

- Updates the case management system with email/transaction specific information and supporting documentation

- Achieves and maintains expertise to navigate and accurately record information with several business systems/applications including HR data (PeopleSoft), applicant tracking system (BrassRing), case management tracking (HR Helpdesk), vendor websites

- Updates PeopleSoft System with any corrections needed to employee data

- Processes new hire information into the PeopleSoft System, and runs new hire reports and queries for field HR Managers.

- Reviews data and processes for quality assurance

- Responsible for escalation of issues in a timely manner to ensure an effective end user experience while remaining engaged in resolving the issue.

- Manages time effectively to ensure Employee Services Center meets required service levels for customer satisfaction results and adheres to Service Level Agreements.

- Filing and records management coordination

- Triage the mailbox and assign cases to tier 1 representatives

- Mass data change coordination with field HR, payroll, and HRIS

- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent previous work experience with prior customer service experience preferred

- Minimum 2 years of proven HR experience or Customer Service Call Center experience

- Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes unique hours of a call center operation

- Ability to problem solve in a high volume production oriented environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word

- High level of analytical and process skills, problem resolution skills

- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Must have functional knowledge of PeopleSoft

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Bilingual Skills a plus

Education and Experience:
Associate ' s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
