Vacation Planner - Full-time / Part-time

Responsible for selling cruises, a high end luxury brand on inbound and outbound telephone calls. Work with guests and travel agents selling and supporting our high end luxury product. Answer calls in a prompt, courteous and professional manner while providing detailed information on products and services. Manage booking progression from selling, option, confirmation to sailing or cancellation. Multi-tasking and time management are extremely important.

Sell cruises, transfers, hotels and shore excursions to direct passengers and Travel Agents.
*Comply with Vacation Planning standards and best practices as communicated by management.
*Process reservations, revisions and cancellations using reservation system.
*Demonstrate a strong functional knowledge of the Wind-star product.
*Monitor bookings from option period through follow-up on payment requirements.
*Complete and forward required accounting paperwork to adjust reservations.
