About this job
Our client is seeking 2 bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service representatives to assist with escalation calls for their medical equipment department.
This candidate will be responnsible for taking introduction calls from patients and doctors and will be transfering calls to the appropriate department. Light data entry will be required.
Pay: $14/hour
Contract to Hire position
Schedule: M-F 9-5PM
MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE AND BE FLUENT IN SPANISH.
