  • High volume of Calls (50 +)
  • Use of Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years Customer Service Experience
  • Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalating situations
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to Multitask and navigate multiple web pages at a time
  • Bachelors Degree
