Job Description:
- Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound calls
- Conflict resolution and entering customer data into databases
- Data entry and database navigating
- High volume of Calls (50 +)
- Use of Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
- 1+ years Customer Service Experience
- Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalating situations
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to Multitask and navigate multiple web pages at a time
- Bachelors Degree
