Responsible for the quality of food, accuracy of orders, availability of product, cleanliness of restaurant, fast service, and over the top customer service skills.

General Job Requirements:

• Must be able to perform all job functions safely
• Must meet the company performance standards and expectations for the job.
• Must be able to work the schedule/ assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform the job. 
• Flexibility and willingness to work with all personality types.
• Ability to provide our customers with outstanding customer service.
• Must have the physical ability and stamina to perform all necessary job functions

Specific Job Requirements:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness standards set by the Department of Health and Dickey's BBQ
• Learn and use the POS/Register
• Learn, use, and maintain and clean all equipment.
• Learn all hourly team positions and be ready, willing and pro active to work the block, pantry or cashier position
• Must be able to complete all other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
