Order Picker - All Shifts Open - Full-time / Part-time

Responsible for accurate receiving, stocking, pulling, packing and manifesting of the company's product.

1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts usually avialable

$11.50/HR on a 1st shift - $12.35/HR on a 2nd or 3rd

Employee is expected to:

• Report in on time for the scheduled shift based on the department they are currently assigned to
• Be a company advocate for continuous improvement
• Operating pallet jacks and forklifts as needed for moving orders
• Must be willing to train and certify on site

Qualifications:

1. 1+ years of warehouse or production experience preferred
2. Possess High School Diploma from an accredited higher learning institution or Equivalent
3. Possess basic knowledge of English and math and ability to read.
4. Work in environment with temperature down to 40 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 30 hours per week (in the cooler)
5. Constant movement and on their feet, walking and standing with frequent squatting, stooping, kneeling, bending and twisting at waist with occasional climbing on footstool.

Job Duties:

• Gather and scan products from storage coolers based on customer orders typically reaching up to but not limited to 84 inches high, grasping and gripping.
• Pack and arrange products onto pallets or into varied package sizes.
• Accurately counting for both day to day functions and cycle counts as necessary
• Obtain, stack and place product on shelves, load/unload courier trucks or assist in warehouse as needed.
• Lift up to 35 pounds from floor to waist and from floor to shoulder height on a periodic basis.
• Walk and stand up to six (6) hours at a time, up to 12 hours a day, with frequent squatting, stooping, kneeling, bending and twisting at waist.
• Read, understand and utilize both RF scanners and computers
