Feel free to call us at 972-442-6622 to set up interview Job Descriptions: SHIFT LEAD- Looking for individual that has great customer service skills and understands putting the customer needs first. Shift lead will assist manager and assistant manager in opening, closing and running the daily operations of the Kolache Factory store. May be responsible for opening and / or closing activities. Job requires flexible hours (may be required to open one day and close the next). May be responsible in opening and ensuring the daily bake is on track and on time by opening time, may assist with ensuring all closing activities and end of day reports are complete promptly. May be responsible for forecasting and setting up for next day bake. High energy, great attitude and leadership skills required. FOOD PREP (BAKER) / SALES ASSOCIATE As a Baker/Sales Associate you are responsible for the entire customer experience. From the moment the customer walks through the door, every moment is a result of what you do. All employees are to serve our customers with the utmost courtesy and with a 'Here to Serve you" attitude. Employees must always serve with a smile and make good eye contact and listen to what the customer's needs are.
