We have a full-time opening for a Restaurant Manager.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

  • Must have 3 or more years experience.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Background check required.

Wage: $32,000-52,000 (depending on experience)

As a Restaurant Manager, you are expected to:



Maintain a good character and integrity 



Resolving issues as they arise in the business



Communicating verbal and in writing upward and downward



Setting the atmosphere in the business



Have good people skills with customers and crew/managers



Training and develpoment of managers and crew



Supervising a staff of 35-60 people



Open and willing to accept change



Be coachable 



Understand P&Ls



Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift



Restaurant Cleanliness



Inventory control
