About this job
Applicant should have restaurant experience with the ability to diagnose and repair refrigerant and restaurant cooking equipment while working independently. Must possess HVAC certification.
Responsible for all tasks related to the maintenance and repairs of restaurant equipment.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Day-to-day maintenance.
- Repairs and improvement tasks.
- Ranging from routine inspection to work on refrigeration, cooking and HVAC equipment.
- Respond to emergency situations when on call.
- Establish and maintain all equipment, tools and supplies instock, inventories and logs.
- Create and implement a preventative maintenance program.
- Maintain all related expenditure invoice records and repair logs to ensure equipment is feasible to repair.
