We are a leading Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee organization in Greater Philadelphia area. Our administrative office is located in downtown Philadelphia and very accessible by all means of public transportation.

We are looking for a part time office administrator who is organized, detail oriented, self-motivated with 1-2 years of previous experience. Job requires but not limited to the following.

  • Have some basic computer skills- MS Word, Excel, outlook, PowerPoint
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system, Data Entries.
  • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence
  • Performing data entry and scanning documents
  • Managing calendar for Directors
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • Word processing
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries;
  • Dealing with different vendors.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Managing and processing various HR functions.
  • Strong growth potential for the right candidate.
  • Salary ranges up to $ 11.00 per hour depending on the experience and expertise.
