About this job

This position supports the Property Care Department by delivering essential items to the units, such as linens and missing unit inventory.  It is responsible for retrieving the necessary items from the office and/or appropriate retailer.  Completing work orders as assigned, performing minor maintenance repairs as requested.



 



Position Goals and Responsibilities:



 




  • This position is responsible for providing mobile field support to the Property Care team,- ensuring brand standards and customer expectations are upheld:

    • Prepare all assigned units for the Property Care team by doing the following, but not limited to:

      • Inspect units after guest check-outs for damages, Install HVAC filters, install light bulbs, replace smoke detector batteries, replace smoke detectors, troubleshoot guest  Wi-Fi difficulties, install bed frames, install door stoppers, re-screen screened windows or willingness to learn

      • Collect items left by previous guests to return to the office

      • Deliver & install clean linens as needed



    • Gather and deliver inventory requested by Property Care Team

    • Offer exceptional customer service, when applicable





 



 



Qualifications:



 



To be considered for this position all candidates must have the following:




  • High School Diploma

  • Runner; General Handyman, Hospitality experience preferred

  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

  • Open availability (weekends, some holidays)

  • Cell phone

  • Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills  

  • Acute sense of urgency, with strong time management skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • Basic computer skills (to track Time & Attendance)
