Kitchen Manager

*$35-42,000 1st year starting pay (based on experience) and enjoy Sunday's off!

Description:

*Leads kitchen team in Production Quality & Speed of Service

*Achieves kitchen Operational Goals & Objectives

*Actively involved in interview process with all potential kitchen candidates.

*Maintains Serve Safe, State & Chick-fil-A standards for Food Safety policies and procedures

*Works directly with the Executive Leadership Team;

- in training & development of kitchen staff

- in food & labor cost management

- in preventative & regular maintenance of all kitchen machines & equipment

Skills/Qualifications: 

*Fast paced, strong decision-maker, excellent communication skills, meticulous food safety knowledge & adherence, experienced leading a team, goal oriented.
