Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Operations Manager 3, for Westchester Medical Center, located in Valhalla, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to) Operational Budgets ( Sodexo & Client), quality assurance inspections, staff training, payroll, scheduling, rounding, and patient / customer satisfaction. This is a 3rd. shift position. with some required rotational weekends and holidays. This position reports directly to a General Manager on - site. Position Summary
Provides supervision for custodial services at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
