Residential Assistant, Part time-1st shift

Provides personal care assistance, instruction, and promotes independence and quality of life for residents. The Residential Assistant also performs a variety of household tasks essential to the operation and cleanliness of the group home. At times, will deliver quality rehabilitation services under the direction of the House Manager and trained by Therapy Team to deliver home exercise programs. At times, will assist residents into the community for therapy driven activities.

Basic Qualifications:

Education - High School Diploma or GED

Licenses - Drivers License -- MI (MI DR LIC) Upon Hire

Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) within 30 Days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience - 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or health care setting
