We have a part-time opening for a Office Help.
Duties:
- Answer phones, data entry of invoices and bills
- Recording of daily sales, transactions, and invoices
- Monitoring of each store’s daily bank deposits,
- Accounts payables and receivables
- Bank reconciliations
- Filing, Faxing, Scanning, & Emailing
- Other Duties as assigned.
- Part-time Mon - Sun – Anytime, Any Day – Your Choice.

Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
- Proficient in Quick Books Enterprise 15
