Clean Image Car Wash & Detailing in Plainfield is currently hiring auto detailers. We are looking for car detailers who are experienced, meticulous, committed, and take pride in their work.
Experienced is preferable, but not required.
PAY IS HOURLY + COMMISSION + TIPS
($12-$18 Per Hour)
Job Function:
Detailer must be able to perform car and truck exterior and interior detailing, and engine detailing using a variety of products and tools. Detailing work to be performed according to the company's guidelines and standards.
Major Duties:
-Waxing and buffing using a high speed buffer
-Polishing
-Removing defects and swirls
-Paint protection application
-Hand car washing
-Using a clay bar
-Cleaning wheels
-Shampooing and vacuuming seats, carpets and other upholstery inside the car
-Removing grease and stains
-Engine detailing
Qualifications:
Detailer should have a working knowledge of the tools, machine buffers, and cleaning/polishing products used to detail a car. Prior experience working in a professional detail shop is a benefit, but not required. Detailer must be willing to learn the company's guidelines and standards for detailing vehicles.
Hours of Operation:
The car wash is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Sunday 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Detailer work hours will be scheduled during operating hours.
