Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
Displays an understanding and knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and supplies
Operates various types of equipment and machinery which may include buffers, automatic floor machines, burnishes, back pack vacuums, wet and dry vacuums, commercial vacuums, rotos, extractors
Performs cleaning of stadium area's floors and carpets
Maintains friendly and positive attitude towards customers, clients and co-workers, while working efficiently to respond to customer needs
Demonstrates efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and cleaning solutions
Maintains a clean and orderly environment in the assigned area to protect safety and health of others
Keeps cart properly stocked with equipment and cleaning supplies; ensures all chemicals are properly labeled, and all equipment is in good working condition
Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition
Performs all other tasks as assigned by a supervisor or manager
Scope:
Must have reliable transportation Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays This position is seasonal, part-time, and is event-based Employees are required to work event days, which include all Eagles games (10 home games plus playoffs), Temple games (5 games), and all summer concerts / events (5+ events)
Qualifications:

It is preferred that candidates have floors and carpets experience in the housekeeping industry Working knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures Great customer service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills Ability to work successfully in a team environment promote team work Ability to manage people and have accountability for company assets Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively use problem solving and decision-making skills
