Nurse Practitioner-Medical Home

Portland, Oregon -- Providence Medical Group is seeking an experienced physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our Scholls Internal Medicine clinic in Tigard, a Portland suburb. Must have at least two years of experience working as a PA or NP, ideally in an Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Urgent Care setting. This role is a critical part of the care team, along with physicians, advanced practice providers, a nutritionist, a clinical pharmacist and other professionals, working together according to the principles of the patient-centered medical home. Excellent compensation and benefits package as part of PMG.
