About this job
This position plays an integral role in our inventory control and accuracy process which directly relates to our customer service focus. It is a critical business role that will directly affect the accuracy and speed of product delivery.
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
Perform daily floor/yard inventory count
Perform monthly inventory audit
Provide feedback to Inventory Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, packages and developmental opportunities of Pickers and Loaders
Maintain/Modify/Create tracking tools to control inventory movement
Identify priorities and coordinate resources
Recommend process improvements
Basic Job Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Prior warehouse leadership experience
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and organizational skills
