General Responsibilities:

Responsible for tracking and submitting Vehicle Incident Reports Data enter details into computer and document repairs needed by mechanics. Receive purchase orders and prepare SDT's to send with invoices to OKC payables department. Fill parts requisitions from stock for Mechanics. Responsible for accurate inventory accounting. Responsible for maintaining a clean, well-organized department. Communicate with customers on the telephone and at the counter in a professional manner. Accurate invoicing and costing on all parts documents daily. Prepare documents for the return of damaged defective, cores, and warrantable parts in a timely manner. Maintain current MSDS books and hazardous chemicals lists. Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager

Skills:

Strong organizational skills and have the ability to multitask.

Must have good customer service skills.

Strong typing skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
