Sodexo is seeking a strong, dynamic Environmental Services/Custodial Manager for a high volume healthcare account in Albany, NY at St. Peter's Hospital. This is a day shift opportunity managing a team of 20 in custodial services. The successful candidate will need to be flexible to cover other shifts as necessary when business needs arise. The flagship location is 425 beds and 930,000 cleanable square feet (331 bed volume). Overall, will provide leadership and insight through our Sodexo programs such as TRAKKAR, FOSS, CARES, and SHINE. Prior background in hotels, housekeeping, custodial, and management is ideal for this role. Candidates should have management experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping and/or Custodial Services, excellent customer service skills along with strong floor care knowledge. The ability to work weekends and holidays will also be required. Exceptional background in driving patient satisfaction and customer service is vital to the success of this manager.

Position Summary

Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Basic Management Experience - 1 year
