Once your application is received the following steps will follow:

Someone from our office will arrange to interview you at a time that is convenient for you.

1.  (For Nurses) You will have web based LPN competency tests conducted

2. Set- up for Relias Online Web based training if you have not had this training before or have not taken refreshers within the last year. This may take one day for nurses and 3-7 days for other professions usually.

3. We will then provide you our HR and Training Packets via email for you to print, read and sign and email or fax back, including two state issued ID"s, Copy of Nursing License, copy of TB Skin Test, BLS, ACLS certificate as applicable. We will then run your background check.

4. Attend an in person orientation to the position and to @Work Personnel Services. Go over a skilled nursing checklist, CNA, DSP as applicable, receive timesheets and policies and procedures.

5. Provided an assignment and schedule.

6. Receive a letter of employment.
All six steps can take 3-7 days
