Operon is currently hiring Inspector Packers for Nypro Inc. in Clinton, MA. At Operon Resource Management, our sole focus is providing jobs for healthcare product manufacturers, including medical device and pharmaceutical companies.
An Inspector Packer is an entry level position -- no prior manufacturing experience required. All candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate in English, and pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspect completed parts against specifications
- Package products for shipment
- Maintain necessary records for all operations
Shifts and Hours:
- Work schedule is a rotating 12-hour shift: 7:00am – 7:00pm or 7:00pm – 7:00am
- Every other weekend is required for all full-time shift schedules
