We are the world's trusted source for in-home care for seniors. We place CAREGivers with seniors in their homes to encourage, assist, and stimulate our clients in a variety of daily activities that improve their quality of life and help them maintain their independence.
We're growing and are looking for a RN who is capable of supervising caregivers in our seniors home. The right candidate will be well organized, VERY detailed and with a strong ability to problem solve. This person will have a passion for seniors, great communication skills and a desire to teach.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Nursing License
• History of Supervision
• Assist with the medication services as out lined in the Oregon Administrative Rules
• Delegate nursing tasks as out lined in the Oregon Administrative Rules.
• Desire to be a part of a team
• Passion for Seniors
• Results Oriented
• Self Motivated
• Problem Solver
• Punctuality, dependability & ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Able to multi-task, maintain a strong work ethic, detail oriented & organized
• Candidate needs to enjoy working in a very fast paced team oriented environment and have strong leadership qualities.
• Computer literate
30-35 hours a week.
Hourly pay based on experience
