Position: Scheduling Coordinator
Reports to: Client Services Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
- Staff new client assignments with appropriate caregiver(s). Staff existing client assignments with substitute caregiver(s) whenever caregiver(s) is ill, on vacation, etc. Making excellent caregiver/client match is key.
- Communicate name of caregiver(s) to client and/or primary contact and provide details of client assignment.
- Communicate name of caregiver(s) and Client Ambassador to client or primary contact. Follow up within 24 hours of placement to determine satisfaction.
- Follow up with caregiver(s) within 24 hours of placement, to determine satisfaction. Report any client challenges to Client Services Manager.
- Document all caregiver and client discussions (including scheduling changes, call outs and cancellations, etc.) in ClearCare.
- Respond to any client or caregiver scheduling phone calls.
- Determine, with assistance from Client Services Manager: Caregiver of the Week, Caregiver of the Month, and Caregiver of the Year.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Attend periodic training and other company events.
- Assist with other duties and special projects.
