The HR Coordinator supports office staff and related entities by. . .
- Managing applicant tracking process: posting open positions; serving as initial point of contact for applicants; collecting and organizing applications received; maintaining applicant database; contacting candidates to schedule interviews; ensuring that applicants are replied to on a timely basis.
- Assisting HR Generalist with day-to-day operations.
- Preparing new hire on-boarding, training & materials.
- Keeping employee records up-to-date by processing employee changes in a timely fashion.
- Assisting with the maintenance of our intranet's HR section, by updating content and documents.
- Adhering to records retention schedule for employee files.
- Filing employee information, as needed.
- Completing monthly expense reports.
- Assisting HR Director and HR Generalist, as needed, for administrative support.
- Demonstrating utmost confidentiality with company and employee information and records.
- Providing back-up front desk/switchboard coverage, as needed.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Three to five years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
