Guest Service Representative

We have a opening for a Guest Service Representative - Must LOVE Dogs!.

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

• Must have 1 or more years experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Wage: $10-11 per hour

We are seeking a guest services representative, who is vital to our company's success! Our customer service reps are the face of our company, handle our clients with exceptional customer service, and keep our customers coming back! Job requirements/specifics:

-Full-time or variable hours (between 35-40 hours per week)

-Available: 6:45am - 7pm daily, weekends and holidays required. Our normal shifts are: 6:45am - 1pm, 1:00pm - 7:00pm, or 6:45am - 1pm and 3pm - 7pm.

-Very reliable transportation

-Must be comfortable with pets and dogs of ALL sizes

-Technology Requirements: Must type a minimum of 40 wpm, basic computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, Email

-Duties include: Checking pets in and out for lodging, daycare, and grooming; Professional and friendly communication with customers and veterinarians via phone, in person, and email; Making reservations; Working in kennel when needed; Caring for pets - cleaning, walking, feeding, and interacting; managing dogs of all temperaments, some dog baths

-Personality requirements: Upbeat, go-getter, organized, strong multi-tasker, works well individually or in a team environment, reliable

-Willing to rotate between multiple locations, if needed.

-Training provided

-Starting pay: $10-11 per hour

-Employee Benefits: Holiday and Overtime pay. After probationary period an employee may receive a raise based on performance, free doggie daycare, and/or boarding for their pets. After 6 months with Pappy's, employee receives paid time off.
